Here are some lessons learned…
When trying to reach the number one spot in Google for a particular keyword, it can be quite challenging.
All of yesterday I sat perched at the number one spot.
However, today I’m at #4
In short, it’s important to note how much competition you are facing, and how much time you’re willing to invest in maintaining the number one spot for a keyword like Google Sniper Bonus, where the competition is extremely fierce.
You can easily get on the first page, but be prepared for frequent changes. I have gone from the first page, to the third, to gone completely, then back to the third page, the second, and finally the first spot. Then on the first I have jumped around all sorts of positions. (part of that was me turning off a plugin…whoops)
My bonus for Google Sniper is some well tested advice, as well as the interview with George. We’ll be covering anything you missed in Google Sniper, and then adding in some bonus information based on your own feedback and questions, plus my experience.
But here’s my bonus tip for today.
Don’t make drastic changes. You’ll go up and down on the whim of Google unless your competition is asleep, weak, or you’re an ultimate authority site with serious pagerank.
If you start tweaking everytime you move a spot, you may end up hurting your mojo with Google.
Also, it’s not about being #1 everyday. Sure that’s great, but it’s more important to generate traffic and convert it to signups or sales.
Keep that in mind.
I’ve got a few more tricks to grabbing back that number one spot when you really need it, but that’s only if you get my bonus for Google Sniper

As you no doubt landed here from the search engines, let me fill you in on how I am pulling traffic.
The red lines are sites that link to me for my targeted keyword.
I had this site even higher but I turned off a plugin and plummeted. It’s back on and in two days I’ve climbed midway up page two and still going.
Aside from my interview with George, and your chance to get your most important questions asked, this is the essence of my bonus.
When stuff goes wrong and your page doesn’t rank what do you do then? I goofed up my page disappeared. Funny thing though, my traffic didn’t. The value of that is evident. While everyone else is trying to get their sniper sites up and going, you can be doing both and have a much better chance.
